Hay Communications provides dial-up access at modem speeds up to 56 kbps through Hay Communications Internet Server. You dial a telephone number via your computer modem (minimum recommended 28.8 kbps) and are routed to the server.

Hay Communications will provide you with an Internet address, a local calling number and one electronic mailbox.  Multiple mail boxes are available at a rate of $2.00 per box.

New Rate:  Future dial-up customers will only be able to sign up for this service at the $19.95 rate. The $8.95 is no longer available as of July, 2010. If you disconnect your service or put your service on vacation status, you will no longer have access to the $8.95 rate. Thank you.

Hay Communications is pleased to offer DSL Lite internet service to our customers. All you need is a network card in your computer...we provide you with the modem and setup information.  Approximate bandwidth speed of up to 500K upload and 640K download.

Hay Communications Wireless provides both Internet access and a variety of Internet Services. As a Hay Communications Wireless customer, you'll receive personal web space, remote dial-up access, and ongoing Technical Support.  

Here is how it works:
Hay Communications Wireless connects wireless base stations to the internet with fibre optics. These base stations are typically located within 11 km of your home or business.

A wireless transceiver is mounted at your house or business premises. The transceiver is a 12” square flat panel and mounts like a satellite dish. Radio waves then carry internet content at high speed to and from our radio base stations and the transceiver located at your premises.

We supply the wireless modem with the service which we locate inside your home, usually next to your computer. You need to have an Ethernet card in your computer in order to connect to this device.

Currently, if you are within a 11 km radius of Exeter, Centralia or Mt. Carmel, and have a clear line-or site to our equipment, this service may be available to you. Call our office for more details.
