• The Internet Access Service and features are subject to a minimum two month billing. 

• The total monthly hours of usage determine which rate you will be charged. 

• Usage is billed on an incremental basis of 60 minutes. 

• Any fraction of an increment is regarded as a whole increment. 

• Your ongoing Internet hours of usage are available by accessing our  USAGE  page.

WHAT IS THE INTERNET?

Hay Communications Internet Access is an information service for individual line residence and business customers. Hay Communications provides Internet users with a connection to a global network of computers. This enables connected computers to communicate providing a wide range of information services including:
NEWS GROUPS, ELECTRONIC MAIL (e-mail), WORLD WIDE WEB

WHAT DO I NEED AND WHAT CAN HAY COMMUNICATIONS PROVIDE!

• Hay Communications provides dial-up access at modem speeds up to 56 kbps through Hay Communications Internet Server. You dial a telephone number via your computer modem (minimum recommended 28.8 kbps) and are routed to the server. 

• Hay Communications will provide you with an Internet address, a local calling number and one electronic mail box. Multiple mail boxes are available. 

• You provide a suitable computer (minimum recommended 486 with 8 meg of RAM). 

• Hay Communications provides written documentation to setup your software. 

• We can also recommend a computer professional in our local area who will be familiar with our service and can give you hardware advice...
